Joseph and Marcus came out to switch out all of our piping and fixtures for all our bathroom sinks. They were here for over 7 hours, and took their time to make sure it was all done right. There was one sink that still needed some extra servicing. Joseph came out twice more to make sure it was all good. We appreciate their professionalism and attention to details!

I hired a team to renovate my bathroom including plumbing. Unfortunately, their plumbing was more of handyman-type work. I called up Valley Plumbing and spoke to Eddie, who urgently set up an appointment to have his techs come and assess. Jamie and Daniel were the plumbers assigned and were professional and informative in the issue at hand. The amount of piping that needed to be installed was more than I had anticipated, but they explained why it needed to be done. I agreed to the work, and next day, Jamie and Daniel were on the job. What was even better is that they finished the job the same day! No more water seeping up from the shower drain when I flush the toilet, no more having to worry about not being able to use my washer for laundry, no more having to go to McDonald's to use the restroom. Thank you, Jamie, Daniel, and Eddie. Will definitely be using your services and referring family and friends.

Oscar was a very polite, knowledgeable young man. Kept me in on all the issues he found with backup info with video camera pics; this was a major fix. Even I could identify and understand some of the wrong issues under my park model. They further snaked and put a camera down pipes after the fix to double-check. The company got people out right away and returned again the next day to finish. Can’t comment on the price because it was a major fix under my park model. However, they did keep to their estimate they gave before doing work. But I have peace of mind for decades to come that the piping is now done properly.

Great work, professional, competitive pricing. They replaced 15 feet of old cast iron pipes under the house and had to navigate a ridiculously small crawl space and did so without hesitation or complaint. Their estimates and summaries include extensive photos so you can see exactly what's being done. Will use again.

While trying to clean my bathroom sink’s drain, I turned the wrong joint and created a leak. I discovered it Thursday night at 10 p.m. I cleaned up the mess, pulled everything out of the sink counter and turned off the water. On Thursday morning, I attempted to repair the leak myself but as I wasn’t familiar with the fittings, decided it would be safer to call Valley Plumbing. There were some difficulties in speaking to Oscar as his calls went to my voicemail and my calls went to his answering service. The appointment was set for 2 p.m. but Oscar was detained on another job and didn’t arrive until 3:30 p.m. It only took Oscar 10 minutes to tighten the fittings and stopping the leak. He said, since I was not familiar with the fittings it was smart of me to call them. All the fittings are plastic and overtightening or stripping the joints can result in expensive replacements. He gave me an estimate to replace with a metal drain for $427. The $68 service call fee was much more reasonable. Oscar was very personable, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to have him come into our home and very easy to work with! He even spent a few minutes petting our small dog, who loved the attention.
