Joseph and Marcus came out to switch out all of our piping and fixtures for all our bathroom sinks. They were here for over 7 hours, and took their time to make sure it was all done right. They finished the job the same day
I hired a team to renovate my bathroom including plumbing. Unfortunately, their plumbing was more of handyman-type work. I called up Valley Plumbing and spoke to Eddie, who urgently set up an appointment to have his techs come and assess. Jamie and Daniel were the plumbers assigned and were professional and informative in the issue at hand. The amount of piping that needed to be installed was more than I had anticipated, but they explained why it needed to be done. I agreed to the work, and next day, Jamie and Daniel were on the job. What was even better is that they finished the job the same day! No more water seeping up from the shower drain when I flush the toilet, no more having to worry about not being able to use my washer for laundry, no more having to go to McDonald's to use the restroom. Oscar was a very polite, knowledgeable young man. Kept me in on all the issues he found with backup info with video camera pics; this was a major fix. Even I could identify and understand some of the wrong issues under my park model. They further snaked and put a camera down pipes after the fix to double-check. The company got people out right away and returned again the next day to finish. Can’t comment on the price because it was a major fix under my park model. However, they did keep to their estimate they gave before doing work. But I have peace of mind for decades to come that the piping is now done properly.

I called Valley Plumbing for a sewer line blockage at my home. I had a very positive experience with them from my first call. They were able to send out a technician, Oscar, same day. Oscar was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, took care of our problem, and went the extra mile to check that no additional blockages had developed in our shower drains. Given the urgent nature, I wasn't able to price shop for hydro jetting and camera inspection. It seemed slightly high compared to what I've paid in the past with a competing company, but the service made up for the hit to my wallet. Would definitely use Valley Plumbing again. I had an issue after getting home from a holiday weekend and called Valley Plumbing at 6:15 in the morning. A real person answered, took my information and told me they could dispatch an emergency crew at a higher cost or I could wait until they opened at 7:15. I chose to wait until they opened. I immediately got a call stating they had my information, that I would receive a call from a tech as soon as they got out of a monthly meeting. Oscar called and said he would be at my house in 1/2 hour. He was prompt, exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. He solved my problem quickly, asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I would not use any other company as Valley Plumbing called me, followed up with tech support at a very reasonable price. They are the best in the Coachella Valley.

There was one fitting that could not fit to my very old dishwasher. He showed me that it could not fit so that the ancient dishwasher could not be hooked up. He advised me what to do and say when I get a new dishwasher installed.

Jose, Jesus, and Jesse were great. Jesse came out to assess and estimate my issue with a water heater, and Jose and Jesus completed the work a few days later. The contractor who installed my water heater did not do the installation to code, including no drip pan. Jose and Jesus brought everything up to code and were pleasant to deal with. I’m no expert on plumbing, but their work looks well done, neat, and clean. I’ve used Valley Plumbing before and will continue to use them.
