Jaime and David did an excellent job (as usual) in diagnosing the laundry drain problem and then snaking the line. He answered all of my questions and showed me where the blockage was occurring. He used care in moving the washing machine out of the way, and also was careful when removing and reinstalling a portion of the drain pipe to clear it.
