My kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday night. I called Valley Plumbing at 7:31 am Monday morning expecting to just leave a message, but Barbara answered (in person!) and very pleasantly asked me a few questions, and two and a half hours later, Oscar called to say he was 20 minutes away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, surveyed all the sinks in the house, cleaned out one of them, gave recommendations for future care, and left… leaving a VERY happy client behind. Valley Plumbing does a great job
False alarm, I guess. My drains were not clogged, and Michael S. and Sterling S. didn't need to do anything after all. But since I was paying for the $68 service call, they checked my hot water heater, and they looked at my water pressure and basically said, 'Call me if the clog comes back.' And I certainly will because Valley Plumbing has always done a great job in the past at my other house.
