You will be put on a training and education program to become a plumbing technician. Your training will go through phases: 1. Warehouse and parts, 2. Nextech online academy, 3. In field supervised training, 4. Installer, 5. Drain Tech, 6. Plumbing Service Technician. Some phases may overlap with other phases.

What You’ll Do (job functions)

• Report daily to your supervisor to bet lined up on the day’s training goals
• Complete training modules or other assignments within the time allotted
• Progress through the training program at a reasonable pace while also helping plumbing techs complete their jobs
• Complete off site training as assigned by your supervisor
• Become an expert in the area you are currently being trained on
• Graduate to plumbing service technician with your own service truck and calls

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Plumbing experience is NOT necessary
